Peace of Mind, Purrs, and Picture Updates: Why I Trust Lisa Wilson of Kritter Sitters
Leaving town is always a little stressful—but not because of travel logistics or forgetting to pack a charger. For me, the real anxiety has always been leaving behind my feline fur babies: Schnitzengruben, Toaster Strudel, Schnufulufugus, Schloki, and Freya Farfignugen (yes, they each have names as unique as their personalities!).
Enter Lisa Wilson of Kritter Sitters—my petsitting hero.
Lisa has been caring for my cats with a level of attention, love, and professionalism that’s hard to find. With Kritter Sitters, I don’t worry when I’m away. I know my little ones are being treated like family. They’re not just being fed and watered; they’re being loved, talked to, cuddled (if they allow it), and their litter boxes are always clean.
One of my favorite parts of working with Lisa is the daily photo updates. I get snapshots of each kitty looking happy, healthy, and usually mid-nap or mid-mischief through a handy app. These pictures brighten my day and give me the reassurance that all is well back home.
It’s more than just a service—it’s a relationship built on trust, and Lisa has truly become an extended part of our little furry family. Whether I’m gone for a weekend or a week, I return to a calm, content household—often with cats who barely noticed I was gone (which I credit entirely to Lisa’s magic touch).
If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were hers, Lisa Wilson and Kritter Sitters is the answer. Five stars, two paws up, and one grateful cat parent.
It didn’t take Lisa and her team long to prove that Max and Buddy come first. I won’t forget our first visit when Max and Buddy would not leave Lisa alone. Buddy is 14 years old and has been with us less than a year. Buddy does a lot of dancing backwards. He wants so much to join the fun but is apprehensive. That first visit Buddy was not displaying any dancing backwards. He was in Lisa’s lap exploring her pockets with Max.
Now when Lisa shows up at our house, we watch our dogs jump into Lisa and Danny’s arms. It’s almost like Max and Buddy are asking them, “Where have you been? Our dogs tell us immediately that seeing Kritter Sitters makes their day.
